Job Description: Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking passionate and dedicated Special Education Teachers to join a collaborative school team in Kansas City, Missouri. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting students in Elementary and Pre-K programs, including Autism and Self-Contained classrooms. Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student success. Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of services and goals. Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions. Differentiate instruction to meet a variety of learning styles and abilities. Utilize evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies to support student achievement. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, district, and school policies and procedures.Requirements: Missouri Special Education Teaching Certification preferred. Candidates who are actively enrolled in a Missouri-approved Special Education certification program and working toward certification are encouraged to apply. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field. Experience working with students with autism and/or diverse learning and behavioral needs is preferred. Strong communication, classroom management, and collaboration skills.
