Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:Haven Spa Pool and Hearth is looking for a skilled Spa and Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team in Clackamas, OR! This is a hands-on role where you'll help customers enjoy their backyard retreats by keeping their spas and pools in peak condition. If you love working with your hands, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of residential and commercial spas and poolsDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues on pumps, heaters, filters, and jetsTest and balance water chemistry including pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levelsTroubleshoot and repair spa and pool control systems and equipmentCommunicate service findings and recommendations clearly to customersMaintain accurate service records and document completed work ordersManage parts inventory and order necessary supplies for upcoming jobsRequirements:Prior experience in spa, pool, or hot tub maintenance and repair preferredBasic knowledge of water chemistry, hydraulics, and pool/spa equipmentFamiliarity with low-voltage systems and plumbing fundamentalsValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredStrong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitudeExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently, manage a schedule, and prioritize service callsAbout Us:Haven Spa Pool and Hearth has been a trusted name in the greater Portland-Metro area, providing top-quality spa, pool, and hearth products and services to homeowners and businesses alike.
