The intern will assist in preparing patients, operating ultrasound equipment, and ensuring smooth workflow in the ultrasound department. Position Details: Location Mercy Hospital Jefferson - Imaging Department 1400 US Highway 61 Festus, Missouri 63028 Hours/Schedule PRN Minimum Required Qualifications:Education: Currently enrolled in certified Ultrasound Training Program or in a school of ultrasound imaging or graduate of a school of SonographyPreferred Required Qualifications:Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:o Basic knowledge of ultrasound principles and diagnostic imaging techniques.o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.o Ability to work well in a team environment.o Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.o Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
