The Solidwork Drafter is essential to our organization's success of our Drafting Department. The Solidwork Drafter works independently on creating new projects. The Solidwork Drafter creates 3D models and drawings of Golden's products.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneDuties and Responsibilities:Create models and drawings utilizing SolidWorks 3D modeling software.Layout, draw, and reproduce illustrations for reference documentation.Revise existing models and drawings to conform to the latest production standards.Provide feedback to production department for design intent, fit and function of parts and assemblies.Maintain the technical/engineering database and file structure.Maintain company and product integrity by complying with established policies and procedures.Prioritize workload and ensure timelines are met.Gather information from various sources to complete assigned tasks.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Requirements: Required Skills/Abilities:Golden Manufacturing product knowledge existent and new.Strong technical and analytical skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Use and understand basic measuring tools and techniques.Ability to multitask, positive attitude, dependable, and self-motivated.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerLift up to 30 LBS. Occasionally, 15 LBS. Frequently, 10 LBS OverheadMinimum Education and Experience:Computer skills including Outlook, Excel.High School Graduate or equivalentOne year of SolidWorks experience required.Knowledge of machining and other manufacturing processes is a plus.Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism.Critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize.Other Requirements:Obtained CPR-First Aid CertificationCompleted health screening questionnaire.Cleared background check.Provided at least two professional references if requested.Completed applications, resume and education if requested.Compensation details: 25-30 Hourly WagePIa6360b6c2f70-1180
