This is a great opportunity to bring your painting expertise to a dynamic renovation and design company where quality craftsmanship is at the heart of everything they do.Responsibilities:Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to cabinets, furniture, and renovation components in a shop environmentPrepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, priming, and masking prior to paintingOperate spray equipment, brushes, and rollers to achieve high-quality finishesMix and match paints and coatings to meet project specifications and color requirementsInspect finished products for quality control and touch up as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe shop workspaceCollaborate with team members to meet production schedules and project deadlinesRequirements:Prior experience in production painting, spray finishing, or a related tradeProficiency with spray guns, HVLP systems, and other painting equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a flawless finishAbility to properly prepare surfaces including sanding, priming, and fillingKnowledge of paint types, coatings, and application techniquesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environmentReliable, punctual, and safety-conscious work ethicAbout Us:Wright Bros Renovation & Design LLC is a trusted renovation and design company based in Fort Wayne, IN, dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and beautiful results for every project.
