Overview

The Shift Leader at Taco Bell is responsible for running effective shifts and ensuring the restaurant meets Taco Bell standards. This role involves problem-solving, guiding team members, and maintaining a safe work environment while delivering quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts
  • Ensure Team Members complete assigned duties
  • Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner
  • Maintain a safe environment for Team Members and customers
  • Oversee and manage subordinate employees
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal
  • Stock shelves and coolers
