Job Description

Overview

The Shift Leader at Taco Bell supports the Restaurant General Manager by managing work shifts and ensuring that the restaurant meets Taco Bell standards. This role requires problem-solving skills and a positive attitude, as well as the ability to guide and direct team members to provide quality service and maintain a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts
  • Ensure Team Members complete assigned duties
  • Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner
  • Maintain a safe working environment for Team Members and customers
  • Oversee and manage subordinate employees
  • Perform basic business math and manage stock
  • Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant, including floors and parking lot
