We're brand new. Nothing here is inherited. The person who takes this job helps decide what "how we do things at Buckley's" actually means. What you'll actually do Run the floor. Lead a team of Adventure Guides through a shift. Make sure the birthday party at table six feels like the most important thing happening in the building. Solve the problem before a guest has to ask twice. Open, close, and everything in between. Some days you're directing. Some days you're wiping down karts and refilling the prize wall yourself, because that's what the moment needs.You'll report directly to our GM and AGM - which means you're learning the business, not just working a shift. We want this to be a step toward running something bigger. Who we're looking for Someone who leads by example rather than by title. Customer service should come naturally to you; at a place like this, how a guest gets treated matters more than almost anything else. Coachable, comfortable being visible, steady when it's loud. Lead or supervisor experience in restaurants, retail, or entertainment helps - but we care far more about who you are than where you've worked. The honest part Nights, weekends, and holidays. That's when families come, so that's when we work. It's loud. You'll be on your feet most of your shift.
