If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships with customers, and take pride in delivering an outstanding service experience, we want to hear from you.SCHEDULEMonday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PMEvery Fourth Saturday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PMRESPONSIBILITIESGreet customers promptly and professionally, both in person and by phoneListen to and accurately document customer concerns and vehicle service needsPrepare detailed, accurate repair orders and communicate estimated costs and timelinesRecommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and technician inspection resultsCommunicate with technicians to track repair status and manage workflowProvide timely updates to customers throughout the service processReview completed repair orders for accuracy prior to customer pickupFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat businessMaintain a strong working knowledge of Mopar/Stellantis products and servicesQUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience as a service advisor or in a dealership service environment preferred, but not mandatoryExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic automotive knowledge; and dealership management system experience a plusValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordProfessional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitudeWHAT WE OFFER$50,000 - $64,000 per year, (Base plus commission)Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off401(k) with company matchA supportive team environment with opportunities for growthHOW TO APPLYInterested candidates should submit a resume through the job posting portal or apply in person at Thornton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, 2980 Cape Horn Rd, Red Lion, PA, 17356.
