Overview

The Server at Summit House will join the team at Crystal Mountain, Washington's largest ski resort, providing exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant mountain setting. This seasonal role offers opportunities for personal growth and skill development in the hospitality and ski industries.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up for daily service, including dishware and amenities
  • Serve food and alcohol according to Washington state laws
  • Provide courteous and professional service to guests
  • Greet guests and establish rapport to enhance the dining experience
  • Recommend menu items and maintain thorough knowledge of the food and beverage offerings
  • Accurately enter guest orders into POS systems
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and deliver correct items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables throughout service
  • Handle payment transactions accurately
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and dining staff

Required skills

  • Valid M.A.S.T. Class 12 or 13 Permit
  • Valid Washington Food Worker Card
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in Food and Beverage
  • Basic knowledge of P.O.S. systems
  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills
