Overview

Eagle Title LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Processor to independently manage complex, high-risk residential title files while delivering clean closings with minimal post-closing corrections. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Branch Manager and processing teams, leveraging their expertise to enhance efficiency and client experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage residential title files from inception through closing with a focus on accuracy and ownership
  • Handle high-volume and complex transactions with tight deadlines
  • Proactively resolve issues impacting processing and closing without management intervention
  • Ensure compliance with legal and financial documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers
  • Act as a resource for mentoring and supporting less experienced processors
  • Maintain accurate updates in Qualia and manage task lists to prevent delays
  • Produce files with minimal post-closing corrections

Required skills

  • 5+ years of senior-level experience in residential title processing
  • Strong knowledge of Maryland title practices and requirements
  • Proficiency in Qualia preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
  • Demonstrated integrity, teamwork, and reliability
  • Advanced prioritization and time management skills
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to new tools and systems
