Senior Plumbing Designer (Revit) Industrial and Semiconductor Facilities Senior Plumbing Designer (Revit) Industrial and Semiconductor Facilities About the Role We are looking for a Senior Plumbing Designer to lead the design, layout, and routing of industrial plumbing systems for large-scale advanced manufacturing facilities, including semiconductor plants.This is a hands-on production role, not a management position. You will be the one doing the design work: developing drawings, routing systems, and executing packages with minimal supervision. If you are a producer who takes pride in putting out clean, accurate, code-compliant design work, this role is built for you. What You Will Do Lead the design, layout, and routing of industrial plumbing systemsDevelop P&IDs, plans, sections, and construction detailsPerform design tasks across planning, concept, and detailed design phasesCoordinate directly with clients, contractors, and internal disciplinesApply expert knowledge of plumbing systems and codes to ensure quality and accuracyOccasional travel for onsite work is expected in late 2026. What You Need High school diploma or GED8+ years of AutoCAD design experience4+ years of Revit design experience5+ years of industrial plumbing design experience, including layout and routingA primary plumbing design role within the last 5 yearsStrong working knowledge of US plumbing codes, specifically the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) Nice to Have Experience in complex industrial environments such as semiconductor manufacturing, cleanrooms, or data centers. Experience in pharmaceutical, educational, or general industrial facilities is also welcomeTechnical or associate's degree in a relevant disciplineStrong verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced problem solving, planning, and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to independently execute design packages with minimal supervisionVisa sponsorship is not available for this position.Compensation details: 50-75 Hourly WagePI12e2f5fcba59-2474
