Job Description: A global publicly traded manufacturing company is seeking an International Tax Senior Manager to join its Corporate Tax team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly acquisitive multinational organization where you'll play a key role in international tax planning, compliance, and reporting while partnering across Finance, Legal, Treasury, and business leadership. This position offers broad exposure to complex international tax matters, acquisitions, process improvement initiatives, and leadership responsibilities within a collaborative, high-performing tax organization. What You'll DoLead international tax accounting and ASC 740 reporting, including effective tax rate and deferred tax analyses Oversee U.S. international tax compliance, including GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, and related filings Manage transfer pricing documentation, Country-by-Country reporting, and other global tax compliance requirements Research and support tax planning initiatives, acquisitions, restructurings, and international transactions Monitor global tax legislation and evaluate impacts to the business Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and external advisors on strategic tax matters Support federal and international tax audits Mentor and develop members of the tax team while driving process improvements and automation initiativesWhat They're Looking For8+ years of international tax experience in Big 4 and/or a large multinational corporation CPA or Master's in Tax/Accounting required Strong experience with ASC 740, FIN 48, and U.S. international tax compliance Knowledge of international tax concepts including GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and transfer pricing Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills Experience with OneSource is a plusWhy This Opportunity Stands OutHighly acquisitive Fortune 1000 public company with continued global growth Broad exposure to international tax planning, M&A, and global tax strategy Opportunity to lead complex tax initiatives with executive visibility Collaborative, high-performing tax team with strong career growth potential Excellent compensation, benefits, and long-term advancement opportunities
