Overview

As a Senior Lead AI Engineer at Capital One, you will be at the forefront of developing responsible and reliable AI systems that transform banking. You will lead a cross-functional team to create innovative AI-powered products and enhance customer interactions through advanced machine learning technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers, research scientists, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components
  • Utilize Open Source and SaaS AI technologies for various applications
  • Introduce techniques to improve scalability, cost, and performance of AI systems
  • Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap of foundational AI systems

Required skills

  • 6+ years of experience developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies
