Senior Financial AnalystAbout the Company and Senior Financial Analyst Opportunity: Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Join a family-owned organization with a strong reputation, long-term stability, and a people-first culture Support a rapidly growing division with a goal of doubling revenue over the next five years Collaborative, tenured team that enjoys working together and celebrates success Hybrid work schedule with one work-from-home day per week Excellent benefits package, including a 4.5% 401(k) match, summer hours, and early release before holidays Fun culture with team events, company outings, and employee appreciation activities throughout the year Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst Role: Lead key aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations between multiple systems Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities Develop annual budgets and support monthly forecasting activities Create monthly and quarterly reports for leadership, providing actionable business insights Analyze customer profitability and other performance metrics to support strategic decision-making Prepare and present monthly operational reporting packages for a business unit Partner with operational leaders to understand performance drivers and recommend improvements Requirements for the Senior Financial Analyst Role: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A experience Strong accounting foundation with experience preparing journal entries and reconciliations Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
