Key responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day responsibilities of staff
  • Mentor staff in technical knowledge and career development
  • Manage projects of all sizes from concept to completion
  • Interface with clients to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Coordinate with multiple disciplines for in-house project consistency

Required skills

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 10+ years of experience in an A/E environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects
  • Engineering expertise in electrical engineering and knowledge of parallel fields
