Overview

KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate for Payroll Transformation with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors in their Consulting practice. This role involves supporting Payroll and Workforce Transformation projects that optimize strategy and implementation. Candidates will have opportunities for professional growth and development in a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Payroll and Workforce Transformation projects involving optimization and SAP SuccessFactors implementation
  • Document current state Payroll and Time & Attendance operations and execute advisory engagement activities
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements during the Transformation life cycle
  • Identify and communicate findings to project teams and clients using SAP SuccessFactors expertise
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through effective engagement delivery
  • Assist with business development and contribute to practice methodologies and knowledge sharing

Required skills

  • Minimum three years of experience in domestic and/or Global Payroll and Time and Attendance processes
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central Payroll and Employee Central Time Tracking
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications preferred
  • Experience in business, Payroll, and Workforce Management transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of Payroll and Time and Attendance functions and leading practices
  • Effective communication skills in written and verbal formats
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
