Overview

Hobbs Brook Real Estate is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to drive portfolio value and performance through effective financial oversight and strategic leasing activities. This role will involve collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to enhance asset-level financial health and optimize operational execution, while also fostering relationships with the real estate community.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee tenant leasing activities to ensure financial and strategic value
  • Drive portfolio performance through financial modeling and market insights
  • Enhance operational execution by aligning cross-functional teams
  • Manage brokerage partnerships in multiple markets
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses of real estate transactions
  • Present key market research findings to inform decision-making
  • Supervise property management, leasing, and financial reporting teams
  • Monitor asset performance against benchmarks and budget goals
  • Support growth initiatives by assisting with potential acquisitions and dispositions
  • Review and approve documents related to asset operations and marketing

Required skills

  • 7+ years of commercial real estate experience required
  • Strong knowledge of commercial leases and contracts
  • Proven financial analysis skills related to lease terms and property performance
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with Yardi, VTS, and Argus
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
