If you're ready to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment that thrives on collaboration and growth, we want you to be part of our team.How You Will Make An Impact:Assist candidates in the hiring process which includes, but not limited to, their application, background check, and new hire onboardingDaily auditing and administrative tasks related to the pre-employment onboarding processAssist in facilitating new hire orientations as well as hiring events (virtually & onsite)Update and maintain recruitment databasesProvide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed and support participation in community events to drive interest in seasonal rolesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirementsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processRole may require a flexible schedule and overtime during peak hiring periodWhat You Bring To The Team:Highschool diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support roles preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Experience with building charts, pivots, and utilizing filters is preferredDemonstrated ability to drive results in an ambiguous environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailExperience handling confidential information and documentationDemonstrated experience providing outstanding customer support, ideally, in an environment that interacts with large groups of personnel at one timeExperience with recruitment systems to include Oracle (or other similar Applicant Tracking Systems), First Advantage (or other background check programs/applications)Flexibility to work in an individual capacity as well as a teamComfortable working with minimal supervisionFacilitation experience preferredAt Fanatics, we value transparency and honesty.
