This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and comfortable with computer-based systems in a fast-paced industrial environment.Job Summary: The Scale Operator will be responsible for operating a computer-supported commercial truck scale using RIMAS Scale Software. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate recording of incoming and outgoing loads while maintaining basic office and clerical functions.Key Responsibilities:Operate commercial truck scale using RIMAS softwareAccurately record truck weights, load details, and transaction informationCommunicate effectively with truck drivers and onsite personnelPerform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phonesMaintain organized records and ensure compliance with site proceduresQualifications:1?2 years of Scale Operator experience preffered.1?2 years of forklift experience required (sit-down forklift preferred).Previous experience with RIMAS software preferred but not required.Strong computer skills and accurate data entry capability.Ability to follow established procedures with high attention to detail.Prior experience in a recycling, industrial, or manufacturing setting is a plus.Comfortable working both in an office and yard/warehouse environment.
