Job Description

Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will join the Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation during a significant transformation of their Salesforce systems, focusing on building sustainable internal capacity and enhancing data use across programs. This role involves supporting the implementation, maintenance, and operation of the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud environment, while working closely with program staff to improve service delivery and reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with Salesforce configuration, updates, and enhancements
  • Support testing and deployment of new functionalities
  • Provide helpdesk support for staff using Salesforce and related tools
  • Deliver onboarding and training for system users
  • Monitor and improve data quality through validation and cleanup
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with external Salesforce implementation partner
  • Support data migration from legacy systems

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience with Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
  • Strong core Salesforce administration experience
  • Flow Builder, user management, custom objects, and reports/dashboard skills
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong data management skills
  • Experience supporting or training non-technical users
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
