Overview

Joseph's Bakery is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing sales processes for both Joseph's and Tumaro's brands. This position involves managing key workflows, overseeing data accuracy, and coordinating efforts across internal teams and external partners, all while supervising a Sales & Marketing Assistant.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage core sales processes, including customer onboarding and retail promotions
  • Maintain and enhance customer and account data
  • Serve as a central point of contact for inbound sales inquiries
  • Coordinate customer, item, and vendor setup
  • Support sales reporting and analytics
  • Lead administrative workflow management using task tracking tools
  • Oversee and prioritize work for the Sales & Marketing Assistant
  • Provide general sales support including sample coordination and meeting follow-ups

Required skills

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations or sales support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data management systems and reporting tools
  • Experience with project management tools like Trello
  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
