Overview

As a Sales Manager - Rentals at Kelly Generator & Equipment Inc, you will lead a Maryland-based sales team focused on driving growth in the rental sector. This position requires developing strong relationships with contractors and facility managers to ensure high customer satisfaction and responsiveness during critical power events.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a relationship-driven sales team focused on territory growth, customer retention, and repeat business.
  • Strengthen long-standing relationships with key accounts to ensure consistent engagement.
  • Lead the Sales On-Call Rotation for 24/7 responsiveness during critical power events.
  • Manage pricing strategies and provide accurate revenue forecasting related to rental demand.

Required skills

  • 5+ years of Sales Management experience in Generators, HVAC, or Heavy Equipment.
  • Proven track record of overcoming customer objections.
  • Experience navigating technical challenges and reorganizations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Valid Driver's License.
