Job Description

Overview

As a Sales Manager at Aston Carter, you will drive the recruitment of local businesses to join a new delivery partner program throughout Brooklyn and the Bronx. This field-based role offers strong earning potential through uncapped commission, with earnings directly tied to performance in engaging and qualifying partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door outreach to prospective businesses
  • Present and pitch the delivery partner program
  • Qualify potential partners and guide them through the application process
  • Manage sales activity and pipeline within Salesforce
  • Support the Field Manager in organizing local recruitment events
  • Build relationships with local organizations
  • Import and manage Excel data within Salesforce

Required skills

  • 1-2+ years of field sales experience
  • Experience in account management or client-facing roles
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean preferred
