Overview

The National Bank is looking for a Sales Coordinator in Calgary to join their Investments team. This role involves supporting sales activities, coordinating events, and providing administrative support. The Sales Coordinator will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on sales and results.

Key responsibilities

  • Support client relationship activities for wholesalers and inside sales teams
  • Coordinate digital sales and marketing initiatives including Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
  • Plan and manage corporate events and projects
  • Coordinate administrative, HR, and IT requests
  • Ensure budget compliance for sales activities

Required skills

  • Three-year professional college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field
  • Four years' coordination relevant experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in banking (an asset)
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaborative tools (SharePoint, TEAMS, Yammer, Copilot, Power BI, Salesfor
  • Experience in process optimization
