Overview

As a Route Manager for Thillens Inc in Appleton, Wisconsin, you will play a crucial leadership role in overseeing daily armored transportation operations. You will manage a route crew, ensuring that all routes are completed safely and efficiently while adhering to security procedures and company policies.

  • Ensure accurate cash handling, data entry, and documentation
  • Identify and address performance or training gaps within the route crew
