Function: Engineering and Engineering Services Job Summary: You will report directly to the Rotating Equipment and Reliability Supervisor to provide on-site reliability engineering expertise and technical support for rotating equipment, enhancing the reliability department's effectiveness. You will lead the site's reliability program, identifying areas for equipment and process improvements. You will enhance safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally friendly operations by collaborating with other engineering disciplines, operations, maintenance, and EHS to ensure solutions meet our goals. You will:Identify equipment failure trends by tracking MTBFs using reliability data and interactions with Operations & Maintenance teamsDevelop and maintain the site's 5-year reliability planInterpret reliability data and guide failure mitigation/reliability improvement plansCollaborate alongside the Maintenance team on repair planning for critical equipment failuresLead root cause failure analysis on major equipment failures and manage improvement action items.Develop and implement new maintenance procedures and monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiativesPerform equipment criticality analysis and ensure adequate spare parts for all critical assetsSupport preventative/predictive/
