Job Description

Overview

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient care while applying the nursing process. The RN will demonstrate clinical judgment and work under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services to ensure effective patient care management.

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Assess physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team members
  • Document the patient’s plan of care and nursing diagnoses
  • Perform interventions based on the established plan of care
  • Revise care plans according to evaluations and changes in medical plans
  • Establish priorities for patient care needs
  • Complete other assigned RN duties

Required skills

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Current Health Certificate
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year of prior RN experience preferred
  • Clinical judgment
