Overview

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care and apply the nursing process in a clinical setting. The RN will demonstrate clinical judgment under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services to ensure effective patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Assess signs and symptoms of physiological and psychosocial changes in patients
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data for nursing diagnoses
  • Document patient care plans and expected outcomes
  • Perform nursing interventions according to established priorities and standards
  • Revise care plans based on evaluations and effective nursing interventions
  • Establish priorities to meet patient care needs
  • Complete other RN duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Current Health Certificate
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year of prior RN experience preferred
