Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) at MedNorth Health Center in Wilmington, North Carolina, plays a crucial role in facilitating communication between patients, care teams, and the Patient Access Team. The position involves conducting triage, assessing patients' needs, and providing immediate care or scheduling follow-up appointments to ensure patients receive the healthcare they require.
