Overview

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to take on responsibilities related to the nursing process and patient care delivery. The role requires effective clinical judgment and collaboration under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating changes in patient condition
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members
  • Document patient care plans and selected nursing interventions
  • Perform nursing interventions according to priorities and care standards
  • Revise care plans based on evaluations and changes in the medical plan
  • Establish priorities to meet patient care needs on the assigned unit
  • Perform other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Current Health Certificate
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray

  • One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred
