Overview

Maxim Healthcare Services is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care and demonstrate clinical judgment under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services. This role involves applying the nursing process effectively while ensuring quality patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating changes in patient conditions
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members
  • Document patient plans of care using nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes
  • Perform nursing interventions according to established priorities and policies
  • Revise plans of care based on evaluations and changes in medical conditions
  • Establish priorities in meeting patient care needs

Required skills

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Current Health Certificate
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year of prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred
  • Clinical judgment
  • Medical documentation
