Overview

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care and apply the nursing process effectively. This role involves making clinical judgments and collaborating under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services.

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in patients
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members
  • Document the patient's plan of care and nursing diagnoses
  • Perform interventions according to identified priorities and hospital policies
  • Revise the plan of care based on evaluations and nursing interventions
  • Establish priorities to meet patient care needs of assigned unit/floor
  • Complete other RN duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Current Health Certificate
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior RN experience preferred
  • Clinical judgment
  • Patient assessment
