In this role, you will support experienced technicians in installing and maintaining HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience, and advance your career in a dynamic and essential field.Job Responsibilities- Assist lead HVAC installer with installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.- Prepare and clean work areas for installation tasks.- Measure and cut sheet metal or ductwork to precise specifications.- Support in assembling and installing ductwork and piping systems.- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC systems.- Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed.- Help with removal and disposal of old HVAC units and debris.- Document work performed and report any issues to the lead installer.- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.Job Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision- Strong mechanical aptitude- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools, up to 50 lbs- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics- Willingness to learn and attend training sessions as required- Adherence to all safety regulations and protocols- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and on-call shifts as needed- Reliable transportation to job sites Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly WagePIf247b8bb13f7-3411
