Increase sales per square foot through proper pricing and appropriate quantity and quality of merchandise. Increase bottom-line contribution (revenue less expense) through retail program management and effective utilization of resources. Properly price, display, and maintain merchandise. Increase donations by serving donors through appropriate receiving, handling, and organizing of donated goods Hiring, training, retaining, motivating, and communicating with store employees. _ Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum one-year management or supervisory experience required. Minimum of one-year of general retail or production experience. Must have telephone access Must have access to a vehicle and a valid Michigan driver's license. Can you lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help? Can you reach, bend or stoop?
