Overview

As a part-time Retail Sales Associate at Lowe's, you will provide exceptional customer service by helping customers find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. Your role will involve engaging with customers, answering their questions, and assisting them throughout their shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service
  • Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
  • Restock merchandise and ensure store shelves are adequately filled
  • Process orders and deliveries accurately
  • Cross-train in various store departments
  • Prepare merchandise based on customer needs

Required skills

  • 6 months experience using a computer
  • 6 months experience in retail or customer service
  • Familiarity with retail technology (smartphones and tablets)
  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted
