Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate at Lowe's, you will provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their home improvement needs. This part-time role allows you to engage with customers and help them find the right products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
  • Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
  • Replenish stock and maintain merchandise displays
  • Process orders and deliveries accurately
  • Cross-train in other departments to enhance customer service
  • Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Ability to perform duties requiring prolonged standing and lifting up to 75 lbs
