Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate at Lowe's, you will leverage your customer service skills to assist shoppers with their home improvement needs. This part-time role not only allows you to engage with customers but also provides opportunities for growth within the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and deliver friendly customer service
  • Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
  • Restock merchandise on shelves as needed
  • Process orders and deliveries accurately
  • Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service
  • Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
  • Guide customers through shopping or checkout
  • Complete other assigned duties

Required skills

  • 6 Months experience using a computer
  • Experience with retail technology
  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Ability to lift at least 25lbs unassisted
  • 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual skills (preferred)
  • Certification in trade related to department (preferred)
