Work may range from setting up fixtures and displays to servicing technology equipment and refreshing merchandising areas.The right candidate should be dependable, comfortable working independently, able to follow detailed instructions, and confident using a smartphone and basic tools.What You Can ExpectThis position offers flexibility because assignments can vary by store, project, and week. Some work may be available for self-scheduling, while other projects will have specific dates and times established by the client.Pay rate: $17.00/hourMonday Friday opportunitiesTypical assignment times between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.Flexible scheduling based on project availabilitySome assignments may require weekends, holidays, early mornings, or late hoursMinimum of 20 hours of availability during a rolling 30-day periodTravel of up to 90 miles from your home may be requiredHours are dependent on available assignments and are not guaranteedPrimary DutiesField representatives will visit retail locations and complete assigned merchandising and installation projects.Depending on the assignment, duties may include:Assemble and install store fixtures and merchandising structuresBuild or refresh shelving, endcaps, and display areasPerform retail resets and store remodeling projectsInstall televisions, kiosks, interactive displays, and other equipmentService existing retail displays and fixturesReplace graphics, signage, pricing materials, and promotional componentsInstall or replace SD cards and related display materialsPerform software and operating system updatesIdentify and correct basic equipment or display problemsComplete break-fix service when requiredFollow planograms, schematics, store layouts, and client instructionsTake photographs of completed workUpload required photos, surveys, and documentationKeep work areas clean and safeMaintain a professional relationship with store employees and client representativesAssignment ManagementRepresentatives are responsible for staying organized throughout the entire assignment process.You will be expected to:Keep your availability information accurateReview and accept assigned projectsSchedule assignments within required deadlinesComplete work by the assigned due dateMaintain communication with field service managementGenerally respond to management communications within 24 hoursReport project concerns, store conditions, and unexpected issuesSubmit accurate timecardsReport and correct timekeeping discrepanciesDocument completed work through designated systemsComplete required training and certificationsAssist other representatives when additional support is neededStore & Project WorkProjects may be completed independently or with other field representatives.Some larger installations may involve a team of two or more people.
