Taco Bell - Winona is seeking a full-time or part-time Restaurant Supervisor to lead and supervise the team to achieve their goals while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with store policies. This role involves planning and management to meet financial objectives and provide quality service.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor team members to adhere to service standards
  • Supervise guest service and respond to guest needs
  • Assist the manager in establishing and monitoring sidework duty completion
  • Prepare daily communication sheets for shift changes
  • Ensure the restaurant and tables are clean and properly set up
  • Provide clear verbal and written directions to staff
