Overview

UCHealth is looking for a Respiratory Care Therapist to join their team at Highlands Ranch Hospital in Littleton, Colorado. This full-time role involves providing direct patient care in a technologically advanced clinical setting, focusing on ventilator management and airway support.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care
  • Manage ventilator integration and adaptive pulmonary support
  • Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care
  • Precept those new to imaging and/or UCHealth
  • Participate in clinical and process improvement projects

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
  • One year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • ACLS certification
  • BLS certification valid for at least sixty days post-hire
  • Team collaboration skills
