Overview

The Residential Building Project Manager at Flatland Energy Services, LLC is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. This role includes managing daily activities, ensuring project planning and scheduling are conducted properly, and maintaining vital relationships with owners and architects.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities and issues related to construction projects
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and cost accounting
  • Ensure quality control and safety management throughout the project
  • Handle contract administration, including change orders and pay requests
  • Develop and maintain a Master Project Schedule updated monthly
  • Manage all subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Review shop drawings for accuracy and compliance

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 3 years in project management or team work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to drive results and manage ambiguity
