Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Resident Property Manager / Executive Director to lead the operations of a historic and beloved residential community in Connecticut. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about resident well-being, property management, staff development, and community engagement.Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Resident Property Manager / Executive Director will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including resident services, occupancy management, staff supervision, facility maintenance, regulatory compliance, and community relations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and management of the residence and property operationsCoordinate resident admissions, screening, leasing, and move-in processesMarket available accommodations and maintain strong occupancy levelsPlan, coordinate, and facilitate resident activities and community programsOversee all aspects of resident care and ensure a safe, welcoming environmentInvestigate and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionallySupervise, train, schedule, and evaluate on-site staffEnsure timely completion of maintenance requests, repairs, and facility projectsCoordinate and oversee routine and preventative facility maintenanceEnforce community policies, procedures, and regulationsMaintain compliance with applicable state and local regulationsPrepare reports and communicate regularly with the Board of DirectorsQualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of Connecticut Health Code regulations for Residential Care Homes or equivalent experience preferredAssociate degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience consideredMinimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare, senior living, geriatric services, property management, or a related leadership role preferredDemonstrated supervisory and personnel management experienceStrong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partnersFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when operational needs requireAbility to obtain Medication Administration Certification if requiredTo ApplyPlease submit a letter of interest and resume for consideration.For additional information, please call 860-423-JOBS (5627).Company DescriptionNorth/South Eastern Connecticut's first and premier Staffing Agency Established in 1989Company DescriptionNorth/South Eastern Connecticut's first and premier Staffing Agency Established in 1989
