Overview

Wavepoint3pl is looking for a proactive and versatile Onsite Recruiter to join their team in North East, Pennsylvania. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with staffing agencies, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with temporary staffing agencies to source and select qualified candidates
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting and screening
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Support onboarding activities, including orientation sessions

Required skills
