Overview

Wavepoint3pl is looking for a proactive and versatile Onsite Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with temporary staffing agencies to source and select qualified candidates
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during hiring
  • Support onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and documentation completion
