Overview

CFS is seeking a full-desk Technology Recruiter to join their Columbus team. This sales-focused role involves building relationships with clients and IT professionals, recruiting for direct hire and temporary positions, and ensuring successful placements.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish and grow a client base by selling technology staffing services.
  • Cold and warm call key decision makers and conduct in-person meetings.
  • Source and recruit potential IT candidates, assessing their skills and motivations.
  • Match qualified candidates to client needs and maintain ongoing contact with clients.
  • Resolve customer service issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Grow the Technology staffing division.

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in technology related sales or staffing.
  • Strong sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals.
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to connect on social media and via email, with strong phone skills.
  • Self-motivated and competitive with a good sense of humor.
