As a recruiter, you'll identify high-quality talent, drive placements, and have a direct impact on client success and candidate careers.Recruiter responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptanceBuild and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidatesStrategically identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channelsPartner with business development managers to deliver best-in-class hiring solutionsConsistently hit and exceed recruitment and revenue goalsRecruiter requirements:2-4 years of recruiting experience from a staffing agency environment; experience recruiting in the fields of accounting & finance, technology, engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales, human resources, or administrative/clerical is highly preferredStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and closeProven success working in a performance-driven environmentA proactive, self-starting attitude with excellent time management skillsDesire for continued career growth within a dynamic, team-oriented companyComfortable with a hybrid schedule (MonThurs onsite, Fri remote)Compensation & benefits:This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan.
