The Real Estate Senior Acquisitions Sales Specialist at Zeres Group is a senior-level, phone-based role focused on guiding qualified leads through the investment sales process. The specialist will work primarily in Tampa, FL, managing outbound marketing leads and securing purchase agreements, while also having potential growth opportunities into team management.

Key responsibilities

  • Guide qualified leads through the structured land acquisition sales process from first call to signed contract
  • Underwrite properties against buy-box criteria and present offer structures
  • Uncover seller motivations and handle objections through consultative conversations
  • Negotiate terms and close deals precisely
  • Secure electronically executed purchase and sale agreements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline stages, call notes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM
  • Execute consistent follow-up with active and long-term prospects
  • Report recurring objections and market insights to leadership
  • Represent The Zeres Group with professionalism and high communication skills

Required skills

  • At least 3 years of direct real estate investment acquisitions experience
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals over the phone
  • Ability to underwrite properties and evaluate deal viability independently
  • Expertise in objection handling
