Key responsibilities

  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by the team
  • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Gather local community information to assist clients in their home search
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients
  • Provide exceptional service and advice to clients to nurture relationships
  • Work with buyers and sellers in Contra Costa and Solano County
  • Show homes, host open houses, and write offers
  • Manage transactions from first contact through closing
  • Attend weekly coaching, training, and team meetings
