Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty - Kings of Real Estate Team is seeking a Real Estate Outside Sales Representative to join their growing Johnson City office. This role provides pre-booked appointments with motivated buyers and sellers, eliminating the need for prospecting. The ideal candidate should be driven and ready for a career in real estate, with a focus on serving clients and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

  • Attend pre-booked buyer and seller appointments
  • Present, serve, and close using provided scripts and systems
  • Deliver outstanding client experiences from contract to closing
  • Follow the Kings of Real Estate playbook
  • Attend weekly team training and coaching sessions
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients
  • Collaborate with the full-time admin and transaction coordination team
  • Represent the Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty brand with integrity
  • Participate in community impact initiatives

Required skills

  • Active Tennessee real estate license or in the process of obtaining one
  • Self-motivated and driven to earn $100,000+ annually
  • Coachable and willing to follow a proven system
  • Strong people skills
  • Reliable transportation and a smartphone
  • Background in sales, hospitality, or customer service (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the Johnson City, Kingsport, or Bristol markets (preferred)
